March was another busy month for me. I’ve had so much fun and learning! We’ve had some family and friends come over and it’s always great to be social. I have to tell you – when I see my yellow vest I get so excited because it means time for adventures and I get to help others. I was waiting for my ride to get ready for work – I was wearing my vest – and I sat patiently watching out the window. I love being out and about.
I’ve been busy with my friends attending sporting events including ringette and ball hockey. I even saw my very first movie in a theatre. That was so much fun. I was so focused on my friend that I didn’t even notice there was popcorn on the floor.
I also attended a few medical appointments with my friends. One of my friends had their wisdom teeth removed and let me tell you – I was so happy I could support them. I could sense they were a bit anxious before surgery, so I took it upon myself to snuggle up and offer my help. I lay close to their feet in the waiting room and soaked up all the pets I could get. After surgery, I could tell my friend needed some love and care so I stayed extra close, calm and gentle.
We’ve had a few days of springtime weather and I love soaking up the sun’s rays ideally outside on the deck which was a lovely change from being inside due to old man winter. One day there was still snow on the deck so I opted to lay inside in the sunshine with the patio door open so at least I could feel ‘spring,’ I also love going for walks in the springtime air.
One of my other loves is the best dog bed ever! I just love it because it is so plush and soft and it’s the perfect shape to curl up inside or flop down and sleep like a goof.
