I got to have a little fall getaway for about two weeks. I had such a great time, but let me be very clear: I missed my family!

I’ve stayed with this new family before, and I quite enjoy them. They give great belly rubs, and they’ve taken me on several big, long walks. Oh, and the smells on these walks – they have been outstanding!

I am such a pro that I’ve been getting in and out of this family’s two vehicles, and one is even a big diesel truck. I’ve been confident in elevators, and I love meeting new friends. I’ve been to several ball hockey games. It’s pretty fun – warmer than being at an arena, but it’s definitely noisy. I saw sticks and people bump into boards and it sounded like balls hitting the boards as well. And while ball hockey is happening, there is also basketball. I have never seen so many bouncing balls all at once – I quite enjoyed lying and surveying the basketball courts.

I’ve been to a few medical appointments, a meeting and even did some shopping. I still love to curl up super small and snooze. I love belly rubs, and this family really seems to love my tail. I can be laying about – chilling off duty – and I thump my tail, and they all get excited and gush.
