This month, Loki II got to join me for a training workshop with all of the PADS Canine Programs staff. It was a great week of training in a busy, distracting, highly charged environment, and Loki managed quite well! He threw us some new curveball behaviours when being handled by other trainers. This shows me his future will likely look like a single, dedicated handler, as that’s how he seems to like it best. But, the best thing about October?… Loki turned 2 years old! His amazing weekend sitters had him for his birthday and made sure he felt very loved and extra special for his special day.
- Skills being learned: Fading all physical prompts
- Recent field trips: Community Centre
- Possible behavior challenges: Jumping Up
- Advanced training location: West Coast (Satellite)
Thank you once again for your continued support of Advanced Dog Loki II!
