Hi everyone!
Lyriq here, checking in with my July Pupdate! I’m growing up so fast—I’m already up to 43 pounds! I still have moments of teenager attitude, but I’m learning so much every day.
I’ve really mastered the difference between being in vest and off-duty. When I’m in vest, I’m a total rockstar in public, impressing everyone with my good behaviour.
This month, I had some fantastic outings. One highlight was a dinner in the city at the Acorn restaurant. I settled in place for over two hours while my raisers enjoyed their meal. Everyone was so impressed with how calm and patient I was!
I also had lots of swims in the ocean this month. I love being held in the water and floating around—it’s so relaxing. Swimming has quickly become one of my favourite activities.
One of the best parts of July, was my PADS buddy, Bazinga, coming for a visit at the farm. We had an amazing time playing in the big hay fields, running around like crazy. After all that fun, we even shared a bowl of ice water together. It was the perfect way to cool down and relax.
Thanks for following along on my adventures. I can’t wait to see what next month brings. My human says I’m off to a sitter for the month of August while she’s busy getting married, so I’m looking forward to checking out a new space and meeting some new people!
