Hi everyone !!
I hope you all had a lovely end of summer August 🙂 Mine was quite busy, with a handful of weekends out to amazing sitters, and fun outings on weekday evenings.
A couple of highlights from my training were that I started to learn my tuck-sits, chin, and settling for longer periods of time in different locations.
Highlights from my outings were many; we went up a few local hikes, enjoyed the view at Grouse Mountain, visited some service-dog-only Gardens, and watched my raiser play plenty of basketball while I settled nicely — even though there was an enticing bouncy ball just asking for me to chase it!
It’s been a great summer. I had a good balance of busy days, with the mix of many warm evenings napping.
