“I came to live with my North Vancouver raisers in early June. They have taken me EVERYwhere from Starbucks to their bank; grocery stores, doctors’ and insurance offices to art school; Home Depot to Granville Island; wading in creeks to crossing wooden bridges to the Whistler train wreck; elevators, buses, Seabus & SkyTrain, and even a salmon hatchery.

I’ve learned to be very good at lying down quietly under their chair in offices, coffee shops and on transit. I’m still not a big fan of bathrooms (eww!) and open stairs, but I’m learning.
