Hi!
I’ve had a great August, from wrestling gators to running in the ocean. We’ve spent lots of time at the cabin, which we all love, soaking up the sun, hanging with friends, and having some great off-leash walks where we practice my recall.
There always seems to be some kind of get-together; if it’s at our house, I get to see everyone; if not here, it means I practice my kennel time.
I’ve been to an outdoor concert, another Whitecaps game with my PADS friend Myra. It was a big, exciting game with a new player that everyone wanted to see, so the game was sold out. We watched the 1st half, then mom & I and Myra & her raiser hung out at the PADS booth, which was a little crazy with so many people wanting to meet us. After the game, we went to Myra’s house, where we got to run around in the backyard and burn off some steam.
I’ve been to a couple of in-person puppy classes, which is always fun seeing all my friends, even though we don’t get to say hi. Other outings have been to a pet store, the mall with PADS Patty, and grocery stores. I’ve been helping dad with his garden, which means I get treats like cherry tomatoes & carrots.
Fall is near, I can feel it in the morning & at night, hopefully September stays warm during the day, and we get more time at the cabin and enjoy the “dog days of summer”.
