My second spooky season has come to an end—and it was a frightfully good time! I kicked off the month with a few fun-filled days with an awesome sitter while my raisers enjoyed a little getaway. I had a blast and even met a giant dinosaur! He was super friendly and gave out kibbles. I wasn’t scared one bit.
This month also featured some fantastic meetups with the local PADS crew. First up was an epic training session at the mall with seven pups in training! It was a rainy Saturday, so the mall was packed—we definitely turned heads. The session was a big success, and it wrapped up with a few raisers grabbing coffee while we pups settled together.
After all that hard work, we had another meetup at the off-leash dog beach. We ran wild and had an absolute blast! I did have to go on leash for a bit—I got a little too excited about one of the ladies. What can I say? A guy’s got charm!
Other highlights from the month include an evening practicing my skills at IKEA, attending my third Whitecaps game, and tagging along with my raiser to a work conference.
And of course—Halloween! I dressed up as a cowboy (well, sort of). I rocked a bandana, but wasn’t too keen on the tiny cowboy hat. I spent Halloween night enjoying a Kong and successfully ignored all the action at the front door.
Now that the weather’s cooling down, I’m loving the extra cuddle time. There’s nothing better than ending a long day snuggled up on the floor with my raisers.
Next month brings a big milestone: my GDBart!
