With the start of a new year, I have been upping my training in the public and working on holding my durations while at the dog park with lots of distractions. We have a friend that is hopefully temporarily in a wheelchair. We visit her often so that I can cheer her up, and she is letting me walk with her and get used to the movement. As usual, it is not all work; we have had a few nice visits to the farm to play in the snow and be around the horses and farm cats – my favourite!
