Pecan II is so jazzy and silly. In this photo, her enthusiasm for the button can also include not just her paws but also her nose. We are working on catching just the foot target behaviour and not the nose. Her on/off switch is spectacular. It goes from the super wiggly and a bit bouncy to a very serious, focused sit. Pecanβs learning style is to learn fast and move on, but we are using the excellent theory of βfast is slow and slow is fast.β Repetitions and foundations are needed along every step of the way for learning.
