PepaΒ is enjoying the new environment, her classmates, and the overall experience of advanced training. She loves interacting with her litter mates, Alma and Camilo. Pepa is undeniably a spunky girl. Despite her spirited nature, she has shown the ability to focus when prompted. Her dog and environmental distractions can be high, so we are actively working through these challenges as part of her training journey. We have had several field trips for assessment and training. We have begun laying the foundations for her training, focusing on aspects such as body movement, loose leash walking, chin cues, and other fundamentals that will guide us toward teaching her to retrieve.Β
One can’t help but be charmed by Pepa’s adorable demeanour. She truly is as cute as a button.
