With most of the foundations down, Petra spent this month learning some new things! We have introduced her to both a manual and a power wheelchair. She is also learning how to retrieve items to the footplate! We have also been working on her tugging open doors and pushing them shut with her nose. Petra loves to learn new things and appears to be enjoying the tasks of a mobility service dog, so we will continue to explore that path for her moving forward. She loves training and playing with her buddies in advanced training and looks forward to her free play time with them each day.Β
