Raekin and I have been working together for the latter half of March, getting her tuned up to enter Advanced Training soon! Iβm so impressed with her, she is cuddly, sweet, great in cape, loves to train and is fantastic with other dogs!
We went on many new adventures in new places including outings to grocery stores, Costco, the doctorβs office, the pet store, the dollar store, downtown Vancouver, and the butcherβs shop where she showed off her good manners and fantastic engagement (and got a very nice treat from Meridian Meats for being such a good girl in their store)!
One night we went to a birthday party at The Royal Canadian Legion in White Rock and she was fine with the band and the dancers and all of the people – it was a big outing, and she rocked it! She got a lot of admiring glances and compliments and was a great ambassador for PADS out in public.
Looking forward to continuing to work with Raekin on some of her areas for development next month. A big shout-out to her original raiser, Hilda, for taking such good care of her before she was placed with me!
