Life is easy these days. I can tell–almost always–what my people want from me.
I especially love mornings. I can barely contain myself when my people wake up. I am all wiggles! We often go to tennis courts, where I wait on the sidelines until my people finish playing. I am so quiet that other people walk past without even noticing me. The same thing happens at restaurants. When we get up to leave, diners and servers often remark that they didn’t even know I was there!
I perk right up whenever it’s time for training. We’ve been practicing new skills we learned from Nicole, a great trainer from BC.
Last week, I went to a Moon Festival Celebration at Studio Bell. I had a front-row seat, and sometimes the Wushu athletes were very close. They do flips and kicks and jumps. Sometimes they swing big, long sticks, or swords, or fans that open with a loud “thwack”. The music was loud, and the crowd was noisy. As shown in the photos, I was not bothered at all.
