October had many new things. I met my puppy-raiser, and we’ve done a bunch of cool things. I have been to work where there are many hoomans coming in and out. I have learned to be quiet and settle most of the time. I find this hard because they make me feel like a “pupper-star.” But, we’re teaching them that I have work to do and can’t play with them whenever they want to.
I’ve been to the bowling alley a few times, the loud noises don’t bother me, but there are lot of things going on and it can be a challenge to settle, I’m working on it.
I went wedding shopping. I got to help pick out a suit and see the Brides dress. It’s very pretty. The nice lady let me go in, even though she thought I shouldn’t but I had to be very careful because of these thin shiny things on the floor. But, it was a success. I got no pokes in my paws and didn’t try to eat any.
I’ve been to a couple of restaurants and the smells are pawsome. I can’t wait to go to another one of these places.
Halloween was this month and I had a costume change. I pretended to be a taco (cause I love food) and a unicorn (cause I’m a magical being). Everyone thought I was super cute and that made me happy.
Our walks outside are always an adventure. There are so many leaves and lots of mud with all the wet stuff that keeps showing up. There are also a lot of other doggos around and we’ve been working really hard at being calm and ignoring all the distractions. Some of the puppers are super nice and let me walk with them so I can do my training, they’re super helpful, and we’re going to be great friends. Wait for next month’s pupdate and I’ll tell you more stories.
