In October, we went on another waterfall hike and trained in several stores, including a pet store, which really tested my impulse control – so many good smells! The hardware store had spooky Halloween decorations – the moving and talking Chucky was very strange, I didn’t want to get too close. I worked my puppy dog eyes and got in lots of snuggles, too.
We followed the yellow brick road for Halloween! My whole “family” dressed up for photos. We had to hold our duration sits FOREVER! I didn’t mind my costume at all and was so good wearing it for the Halloween puppy class. We hid out at home on Halloween night, cuddling up and working on not barking at fireworks or when we heard trick-or-treaters outside – it was tough, but we made it through the night.
