Risq began her puppy-in-training journey at the end of November when she flew from balmy Vancouver to a bitterly cold Calgary. She has already learned to love chinooks.
Risq immediately demonstrated her spunk and determination. This little one does not believe in barriers. There’s nothing she can’t push through, go over, shove aside or drag out of her way – Yes, even at 8 weeks old – LOL! She’s also a very, very fast learner and is picking up lots of cues really quickly, which makes her super fun to train.
Risq goes to the office where she likes to lay at my feet, has been to the hair stylist where she was a big hit, and has been learning to be gentle with the resident cat. Her mama, PADS Tempest even came for the day for a visit.
