Rufous spent most of the month off-site due to turn-in and team trainings. While on-site, he was enthusiastic and focused, especially during sound work, which he clearly enjoys.
We’re seeing nice progress in both his alerts and lead outs—they’re becoming more consistent and clean with each session. Rufous continues to bring a positive attitude to training and is developing well across his targeted skills.
