Rufous is a lovely pup who has strong skills for a puppy of only 9 months old. He loves snuggles and gentle play and is happy to be near his person. Rufous has great recall and loves to walk both off and on a leash when he can easily focus and keep the leash loose.Β
He loves the snow and even went for a polar dip! Rufous can be distracted by other dogs but can also walk away from them. Rufous even practiced settling with another PADS dog under the table while out for coffee. He is the quietest pup that I have ever sat, not even a morning whimper to be let out of his kennel. He waits patiently!
