It’s spring! I’ve been getting out and about lots, discovering all kinds of new sights and smells. I’ve been busy exploring beaches and trails, going on long walks, and practicing my settling skills while hanging out with friends. With so many distractions, dogs, kids, and people everywhere, I’ve been working hard on my focus, and my raiser says I’m getting really good at staying calm and focused.

Our puppy class has moved to outside now too, in the evenings, and there are even more distractions while we’re working on our skills. My raiser is really proud of how hard I work at class, and I’m so tired on the way home I can’t keep my eyes open.

I’ve also been putting on my cape and practicing my manners and skills in stores, coffee shops, and out for lunch. I even went on a sit for almost two weeks, where I got to practice my skills and manners in a whole new environment. My sitters said I did a great job, and my raiser was so proud of me! It was lots of fun, but I was also really happy to come back home again!
