Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! December sure is a busy month! Serrano had many new adventures this month. His first snow was definitely a highlight. He has thoroughly enjoyed becoming a proper farm dog. He moves around the chickens, ducks, goats, and horses perfectly without chasing or scaring anyone.
Serrano went on a big ferry ride to Vancouver Island this month. The ride over was pretty rocky and he learned how to keep his balance and roll with the waves. He has had worries about heights and moving floors in the past so I was glad to see him looking confident and assured in this new experience. He spent a long time visiting with some tiny humans which was new for him. He was exceptionally calm and gentle and was quick to become a favourite dog-guest.

At 9 months old, he has weighed in at a whopping 44lbs…I think he might think he’s a goldfish. Only growing as big as his house. Which is tiny! He’s a nice, portable size though and never has a problem tucking away unobtrusively in public. Being teeny definitely has its perks!
