Well, June was a busy month with kids’ end-of-school activities and provincials for the dancer. I spent some time with a sitter overnight as Mom thought it would be too much for me to “help” out backstage. I have hit head-on adolescence, and I have been struggling with my cues, but mom has been super patient, and I am slowly remembering that I need to listen. She frequently says she is living with three teenagers right now. I hear the summer is coming next and it should be quieter and a lot less busy for the next 2 months. Mom did say while the kids are at their dad’s, we are going to be working on some of the skills I have been struggling a bit with. Apparently, it is not going to be a quiet summer for me!
