Hello World, it’s me—Shelby II!

Wow, what a month it has been! One moment, I was snuggled up with my littermates, and the next, we were off on the biggest adventure of our puppy lives!

I met my Hooman on the very first day—she smelled nice, was so excited to meet me, and gave me the best snuggles! I think I love her already.

Then, some of us travelled from Burnaby to the Okanagan. Luckily, I wasn’t alone—my brother Doane continued with me all the way to Calgary where he met his Hooman too! And the best part is we still get to see each other every week at training! Sometimes, we even get extra playdates, which makes my tail wag so fast!

I also met my big Uncle Jynx! He’s a wise border collie who is already teaching me so much—like how to play, how to have good puppy manners, and the all-important lesson of sharing. He says it’s important, but honestly? I found his favourite ball in the ball thrower, and I think it’s mine now. He disagrees.

Now, I’m settling into my new home and learning all sorts of new things. I’m meeting new friends, going on my first field trips, and working hard to grow into the best service pup I can be. I have so many tail-wagging adventures to share already — stay tuned!
