April was a warm one here in the Okanagan; we seemed to jump right from late winter to early summer. The flowers are blooming, and there are lots of new sights and smells appearing daily. I’m a particular fan of birdwatching, although mum keeps having to explain that they don’t want to play with me.

At puppy class, we’ve been working hard on proper positioning and distractions. As an 11-month-old boy, it can sometimes be hard to keep my crackers under control, but mum says I’m improving.

I got to go hiking and out for lunch with one of my PADS Okanagan classmates, and we also celebrated my “Uncle” Tiller’s 7th birthday with yummy cookies. My birthday is next month, so I’m already thinking hard about what I want.

Enjoy the Sunshine!
