Hello World, Tank here.
January has been an interesting month. The first week, it was so cold that we could barely get outside. I was pushing mom’s creativity to try to keep me entertained. She brought out the sniffy mat, which I mastered in minutes, then the treat ball. Mom wraps treats and places them in the ball, then I have to unroll the fleece to get the treat.
Then the weather turned around, and we have been getting outside daily. I get to race around the backyard and sometimes go up and down the fence with my neighbour. We go for lots of sniffy walks to many different locations around town. I have made many human friends at the shopping places, although mom won’t let them pet me or for me to give them a cuddle. She says I need to pay attention only to her.
We went out for many suppers, doctor appts and even a renovation show, where I was on my best behaviour. The staff at the reno show even took my picture to show/train other employees that dogs like me are allowed to come in.
