December was a busy month for all complete with fun outings, Christmas shopping, and spending time with family.

At the beginning of the month, my PADS Okanagan friends and I sold 50/50 tickets at the Vernon Vipers hockey game to fundraise for PADS. We were all very well-behaved and people were very generous about buying tickets to support us pups.

I also attended a hockey game this month when everyone brought stuffed toys! I was very excited to see all these potential playthings but then the Vipers scored and everybody threw the toys away!?!? Mum says it was for a good cause but I still think she should have at least let me chew one before throwing it…

There was a lot of shopping in busy stores this month. Mum was impressed with how well I handled the crowds and all the tempting things that kept appearing at puppy height. I even got to help mum pick out Christmas presents for myself and Uncle Tiller.

Finally, we got to spend a lot of time this month enjoying time with friends and family. We took advantage of the milder weather to go on a hike and even drove up to Silverstar to find some snow since there was none in the valley.

Looking forward to what the New Year will bring!
