Hello friends!

This month I got to fly on an airplane again after my great Christmas vacation. I was a very good boy! I listened very well, walked with a loose leash, and did a great “here” through the metal detector. On the plane, I relaxed at my raiser’s feet and slept through takeoff and most of the flight!

Soon after we got back to Vancouver, classes started, and I went back to university. I have gotten very good at settling into class, and I seldom bark anymore. I’ve even taken naps in a few classes!

I also went to an in-person puppy class which was very fun. I got a little too excited to see my friends, but by the end of class, I was nice and settled and working on my cues.

Throughout the month, I’ve gotten to hang out with a couple of sitters, and I’m learning to listen to many different handlers.

Lately, I have been going on fun trail walks with my raiser, where I get to wear my long leash. I love my freedom, and I’ve been working hard on my recall (“here”) and my focus around other dogs, and both have been improving a lot!

I can’t wait to see what February brings!
