I got my freedom back this month!

After my heat kept me close to home in January, February was my time to explore and get some training/work done!

This month started off with a group of us puppies meeting at Canadian Tire to work on our durations, it was hard work when my best friend Electra was around but we all did really well, then our raisers went for lunch and there were 5 puppies under the table! We had a class trip to Ikea, I got to spend time with my half-brother Mario doing some great “go-ins” and showing off my grown-up skills to baby Orbit.

I had my first Girl Guides sleepover this month, I had proven to my raiser and her guides that I could come along even getting called Mayor Tope for the night.

In the middle of the month, my raiser dropped me off with Vicky, a sitter who was also looking after released Stable and I got to spend the week learning to be chill with another dog in the home and playing nicely, it was so much fun I didn’t want to leave when my raiser came to pick me up and kept looking back as Vicky waved goodbye.

We had a few more guiding events including a Mexico afternoon where my raiser put these silly hats on me and sang outside in the cold! To round out the month, I had a walk in the Mall with Parker and Taj which we all did very well with even the boring laying and waiting for our raisers to finish talking.

I also went to a school and met some bigger young humans with Garmora’s raiser, they were really nice and I had fun doing “Go say hi” with them.

Well hopefully March isn’t as busy but you never know, see you next month!
