Tracker has had a busy month as he has begun to settle in his new breeder caretaker’s home in the Lower Mainland but also got to spend time at a sitter’s house over Christmas. Tracker had an exciting start to his sit as he got to celebrate with many other PADS dogs at the annual puppy class Christmas Party. Most exciting was Tracker got to see his brother PADS Beacon, boy oh boy was he excited. In true boy fashion, it took some time to get a good Christmas photo together but with lots of treats, I think we got a good one. Tracker got to spend some additional brotherly time with PADS Beacon for a long walk through Pacific Regional Park, accompanied by PADS Zion II and PADS Nessa.

Tracker also practiced a lot of settling in public as he tagged alongside his sitter while she Christmas shopped for Santa in lots of malls and shops. Although the hustle and bustle of Christmas was busy with lots of outings, Tracker spent a lot of time cuddling up with his sitter next to the Christmas tree, often staring and tempted to enjoy those delicious wool Christmas ornaments as a new chew toy, but was a good boy and learned that “leaving them” resulted in delicious peanut butter treats delivered by Santa!
