We welcomed Triton into Advanced Training this month, and we love his quirky personality. He is so loving and absolutely loves to please and work hard for kibble. I start on foundations like movement skills, play, basic obedience, arousal levels, and waiting at doorways with environmental distractions. He also decided immediately that he should be a skilled retriever; now, I need to teach him to hold those items and not spit them at me. When dogs first arrive, I ask many questions like “Do you like to do this?” and “Who are you really?”.
I look forward to building on his potential and teaching him new things.
