We happily welcomed Mr. Waffle to the household for his finalΒ month of puppy raising! He is going to be entering advanced training in May. His raiser and everyone who had a hand in his upbringing should beΒ so proud of the work they put intoΒ this beautiful boy.
He settled in with his new roommates (Shadow and Groot) and loves the routine of lots of walks, playtime, and, obviously, training to fine-tune his skills. Waffle got to attend the province-wide Paddles for PADS pickleball fundraiser, which was an absolute blast. We also have been working on settling out in publicΒ inΒ particular in the company of another dog.Β Β
On one trip to the petΒ store,Β I was looking at a toy for the baby pups-Waffle took one look at theΒ toyΒ and promptly took it and started carrying it out of the store.Β HadΒ to get it for him!Β Β
Finally, he gotΒ an opportunity to join his raiser on a trip to Toronto. This boy is a dream, and I amΒ excited to see what his future holds!
