Wowza had a busy June with lots of longer walks and new experiences. He started losing his baby teeth early in the month and now weighs over 40 pounds.
He spent a day at the office for a staff event with PADS dogs Sokka, Gherkin, Link, Sequin and Suki. Wowza attended the Youthlink Calgary Police Interpretative Centre for the grand opening of the Victim Assistance Support Team (VAST) display, which featured PADS facility dogs Hawk (retired), Melon, Calibri and Webber. He took his first trip on transit and did well on the train and the community shuttle bus.
With the warmer weather, he enjoys more time outside and has dipped his toes in the backyard kiddy pool – he was not quite sure what to make of it but followed the lead of his Mastiff auntie.
