This month,Β Zion IIΒ worked on building her calm and default leave its around food by playing games using boundaries and incompatible behaviours for various scenarios. Sometimes it’s still tricky, but she’s starting to get the hang of it! She really enjoys practicing tasks where she gets to interact and connect with her handler. Her favorite continues to be “my lap,” as she can be quite cuddly. For part of the month, Zion has been working remotely, practicing obedience and “leave it” with her sitters. She’s also been able to work with different sitters to practice these skills with new handlers!
