Well…April was good. Went on lots of walks and outings- met a new friend, Roxy, a 4-year-old white Lab whose person Edie-May had helped raise and train PADS dogs back in the day – at the beginning of PADS becoming PADS. Also spent lots of time on the trails with other North Shore PADS buddies.
We went to Lynn Canyon and I had no trouble whatsoever with heights, and walked over the suspension bridge without a care, other than getting kibble from Chuck. Ryder was afraid I was going to jump- silly Ryder; he says he gets that feeling of wanting to jump when he is up high… he should walk on all fours as I do.
It was such a nice day, and after that hike we went for a ‘pup cup’ at DQ.
Nature is so wonderful – here we are in the middle of a tree! That’s novel because usually the tree is in the middle of ME! I love to eat ‘tree’- sticks and especially those pine cones that are still closed-they come out looking the same as when they went in. Nature is simply …delicious. May is on the WAY!
Love, Zoe – WGPD ( World’s Greatest PADS Dog)
