GET READY FOR TAX TIME
NEW TOOLS TO HELP YOU ACCESS YOUR TAX RECEIPTS
In August of 2023 we made some system changes and moved to a new online fundraising platform that streamlines our donation processing to ensure even more of your gifts go to change lives.
MONTHLY DONORS
- For donations that were made between January and July, you should have already received your tax receipts in the mail.
- For donations made between August and the end of 2023, you will be able to find your tax receipts online through our donations page (see instructions below for our new donor portal).
Discover our new donor portal
- On any page on our site, click “Give” in the top right
- Click the login icon in the top right corner
- Enter the email you used for your donation in the Donor Login section
- Click the link in the email you received to sign in and download your tax documents
- If you cannot find the tax receipt you are looking for and it was made after July – it may be under another email address or you may have donated through Canada Helps (see below)
If you are unable to located your receipt or you did not receive your monthly donation tax receipt for the January to July period, please reach out “about a recent donation” through the contact us page.
DID YOU HELP US MOVE?
If you donated to our 2023 MOVE fundraiser you will have been emailed a receipt issued by Canada Helps. If you need a copy, you can download your tax receipt(s) on the CanadaHelps page.
- Click on CanadaHelps Link:
- Click “Sign In” and enter your credentials
- Select “Donations & Receipts” to download your tax receipts
