Vest Inventory

Please help us track all puppy-in-training and advanced dog capes only for our year end inventory. Sizes can be found inside the vest pocket on the cleaning instructions tag.

ABOUT PADS

PADS dogs are raised and trained on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded lands of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.

We acknowledge the importance of these lands and their history. We do this to reaffirm our commitment and responsibility in improving relationships between nations and to improving our own understanding of local Indigenous peoples and their cultures.

We breed, raise and train fully certified assistance dogs. Our service (mobility & PTSD) and hearing dogs provide life-changing independence to those with disabilities. Our accredited facility dogs work with community professionals, such as teachers, RCMP and psychologists to help support healthy communities.

PADS is a fully accredited member of Assistance Dogs International.

This library will offer extra resources to support our PADS humans in their training journeys. Amazing Aslan is making an astounding impact at Carson Graham Secondary School 🦁

Aslan’s partner, Christopher, shares how Aslan has become a key member of the school community. With his calm demeanour and love of hugs, he’s captured everyone’s hearts. One student recently reported that “these dogs are the best thing the school has ever done.”

Moving through Canine Fitness Month like 🐶

Running, jumping, swimming, playing with friends - these are all ways that our dogs stay fit and healthy throughout their training. Their raisers also focus on helping them to build skills like loose-leash walking, balance, navigating uneven surfaces, and even staying still. All of this combined helps leads to happy, healthy service dogs!

Our caring Quiche is making an incredible impact at Scott Creek Middle School 🐶
