I got to go to work this month! And oh boy, oh boy, oh boy has it been exciting! I get to be in a grade 6 class this year. I have been adjusting well to my new work schedule, and have loved getting to know all of the kids in my class. We had our first fire drill this month too, and my person says I handled it like a champ.
In my puppy class I just learned a new cue: “touch”. My person sticks out his hand and I touch it with my nose and get a treat. I’m also working hard at holding my cues for longer periods of time. And I’m getting great at leaving things that my people drop on the floor. Sometimes I think they are dropping things intentionally to see if I will leave them. I’m great at that game!
