Yoki spent two weeks with a sitter in July.Β She had kennel cough when she first arrived, so could not attend puppy class or have interactions with other dogs.
When she felt better, they were able to go on trips to Burger King, IKEA, Home Depot, Dollarama, Superstore, and Shopper’s Drug Mart.Β While Yoki had a little trouble ignoring bits of food on the floor in Superstore, for the most part, she was a good “shopper”.
Sometimes during a walk, she would hear noises in the bushes and would insist that they stop so that she could peer intently at the bushes for a couple of seconds, then when she didn’t see any animals, they could resume their walks.
