Ember was able to participate in a couple of local volunteer opportunities in January. She made her third visit to the veterinary technician program at Douglas College. Also, she spent a day with another PADS volunteer who is a youth worker at a nearby elementary school.
She remains one of the sweetest pups a person could ever meet. Ember loves nothing more than snuggling up to someone experiencing high emotion or anxiety and giving them her special brand of love, which usually involves lots of belly rubs.
