The month of February was very eventful for me. The month started with an awesome group meet-up with all my fellow Campus Canines UBC PADS puppies-in-training: Myrtle, Loki, and Marvel! We had so much fun playing together and finished off our session with some practice training and staying focused on our handlers while around each other. I was so happy to finally meet them all, and I love seeing them all around the UBC campus every now and then.

In mid-February, I helped the Campus Canines UBC group with the packaging and delivery of PADS puppy grams. Unfortunately, my raiser didn’t let me play with the PADS Legends plush dogs (how rude!), but I still had a great time handing them out on the PADS campus. I loved greeting the recipients of puppy grams on Valentine’s day.

To end the month, I spent a week with a puppy sitter, where I worked on my dog distraction and loose-leash walking. After a great stay with my sitter I was then reunited with my raiser on the last day of February and spent the day on UBC campus with her study and attending our first in-person Campus Canines Board meeting. Overall, I loved February and all the awesome things I was able to do!
