December was an exciting month! Aquila celebrated her first Xmas, quickly learning that all the ornaments and decorations, which at first glance were oh so many new toys to play with, were actually strictly off limits!
And even more exciting, Aquila went to her first Puppy Pals at a local elementary school where she sat with a number of kids, giving them each her attention and support while they read to her! She was a real natural, totally present for them, and very loved. Aquila looks forward to meeting up with them every week for the remainder of the school year!
