The theme for this month was Daily Street Walks, or how to walk on a loose leash and pay attention to the handler regardless of different distractions.
Taurus is a big boy now and wears a harness (it prevents him from practicing leash pulling). He continues working on staying calm when other dogs are in close proximity.
Socialization goes well as usual: offices, outdoor parks, a variety of stores, ice arenas, a school rock concert, a local pool, and a soccer game – some examples of places he’s visited in January.
Taurus also had a few meetups with his PADS pals this month.
In February, Taurus will be working on a reliable recall!
