ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT

The Calgary RCMP Veterans Association is proud to present the 2025 RCMP Veterans Golf Tournament in support of PADS. This much anticipated day of casual fun and great golf is now in its 29th year and is being offered to the serving and retired law enforcement members, first responders, their friends, and families, as well as event sponsors.  

The Calgary RCMP Veterans Golf Tournament on September 11, 2025, will be limited to 144 players. The tournament format is a shot gun start, Texas Scramble— Best Ball Golf Tournament. Registration for this event will be open at 07:30 and golf will start at 08:00 to 08:30 depending on frost levels. It will end at approximately 3:00 PM when the day of great golf will culminate with a lunch program. The style of the tournament is fun and casual with opportunities for every golfer to win excellent prizes from our sponsors and community partners. 

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIR

This September 11th will be the 29th hosting of the Calgary Veterans Golf Tournament. I am proud to be this year’s Chair marking this 29th Anniversary. This tournament has had a long tradition of being a great fun day of golf open to law enforcement, first responders and their families and friends to gather together. 

With the resounding success of last year’s tournament, we have decided to extend our newest tradition of having a charitable partner as beneficiary.  

The Calgary Veterans Golf Tournament is proud to be supporting the Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS). This organization supports people with disabilities and community care providers by partnering them with certified assistance dogs. As many people from our RCMP community know, I have personally benefitted from PADS with my PADS certified service dog, Burke. 

For the past five years Burke has been a loyal partner making a significant impact on my quality of life—traits that also resonate in the RCMP community. As we plan for an enjoyable day of golf with memorable visits with friends and family, keep in mind our support of PADS and their dedicated work in Changing Lives–One Dog at a Time.

Collicutt Siding offers golfers of all ages and abilities an enjoyable and affordable golfing experience in a relaxed atmosphere. With two very different nine-hole layouts, you will find a straightforward front, followed by a challenging links-style back nine. With four different tee box choices on every hole, players can feel comfortable no matter what their skill level may be.
