Beach time in Tofino

Beach time in Tofino

Jagger enjoyed his summer doing a lot of traveling and camping with his raiser while visiting with family and friends. He is a good traveller. He particularly enjoyed his 3 weeks at beaches and rivers on Vancouver Island were he learned to swim and got to play with children.  The week spent staying on a long sandy beach in Tofino at a family member’s home was probably his favourite part of the summer; each day started and ended with a nice long walk on the beach.   He also enjoyed going to the docks and meeting the local fishermen who showed off some pretty interesting catches of the day to him.

Jagger got to practise his “leave it” skills at lot while out shopping or attending weekly farmers’ and night markets – lots of great smelling things on the ground and tables to have to ignore at those! In early August, Jagger also attended his first formal function,  a wedding.

Jagger is pup who likes to keep himself busy & finds it hard to just lay around, so he will be spending September working hard at learning to relax and remain settled for longer times while his raiser enjoys a dinner out or attends a meeting.

Jagger with the groom at the wedding: It was a very hot day and Jagger wished he could have taken his jacket off as the groom did.
