In September, Beacon joined Ashley’s string! Since then, he’s been trying out different types of skills to see what he might like. So far, his favourite thing is tug! Beacon has been a bit barky at times when the kennel building door opens or when he’s excited for his turn. He is working on calm stationing and counter-conditioning to help him reduce barking. Beacon has shown a bit of sensitivity around louder noises, so he has been playing some games to build comfort and confidence with noise. He is still a bit polite and cautious with knocking things over but is starting to understand the games and get bolder with making noise. Nice work, Beacon!
