In April,Β DeeDeeΒ officially joined Ashleyβs string to continue to work on exploring sound work as a career! DeeDee has gotten stronger at her bumps. She loves to leap while bumping, and although we love the enthusiasm, she is now working on alerting lower on her handlerβs body. Sheβs working on refining the alert sequence and spacing out sounds and is coming along nicely. DeeDee has a zest for life in general and has been practicing settling and calm when she can to strengthen relaxing when itβs not time to work. Sheβs starting to get the hang of it and especially likes having some treat and train support for extra reassurance and kibbles!
