Fendi hiked in the mountains mostly on leash, but also went for some walks in the woods and off leash parks. We are working on recall in high distraction areas. She needs high value treats to perform well in this situation. Fendi comes to tennis several times a week and is very good at never chasing a ball even when it comes right to her nose. She can lie under a bench quietly watching balls role near her for 2-3 hours. She goes to the office and has lunch time walks along the river observing but not chasing ducks. We are working on not going ahead when on leash. We are also working on things like chin, touch and durations for other commands.
