Thanks to great weather in September we were able to enjoy lots of neighbourhood walks. Early in the month we took a day to tour the Vancouver Mural Festival, around Main. St. We also visited the Vancouver Art Gallery and walked around downtown. In terms of training, we are working on food and dog distraction, as well as increasing engagement with the handler. Toward the end of the month Greco injured himself in a wild game of chase with other dogs in Pacific Spirit Park, cutting his thigh badly enough to require stitches. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Burquitlam Anminal Hospital, he has healed perfectly!
