Hugo visits an elementary school on Fridays. He works with the counsellor/behavior therapist one on one with the children she sees. He also attends any events they hold at the school (if on a Friday), gymnasium gatherings, and takes walks through the classrooms and hallways so the kids can learn about the program and also learn how to interact with a dog in training. He has been to a Detress event Brian/Shona set up in Kelowna. He is such a sweet boy and I have never met a more affectionate dog. He needs to get and give love as often as possible throughout his day. He sincerely needs a lot of connection with his people and know he gives so much joy and empathy to those he helps and also……to us. They are all special – but this guy is the #1 lovebug
