JAX has discovered several creeks and both Kalamalka and Okanagan Lake are good places to cool off during the Hot Okanagan days. He met 3 other labs while we were walking the Rail Trail along the lake. He watched them frolic in the water, then decided to join in the fun, and he proved to be a good swimmer. And loves the water! JAX met some little goats at Davison’s Farm. He was very curious but remained calm when they came to the fence. JAX attended Puppy Class in Lake Country, where he got to work on Dog Distraction, learning to ignore his puppy buddies and stay engaged with his Handler. Jax worked on skills with Gary in class and did very well. JAX had a play date with PADS Birdie (9 weeks)… they played nicely in Andrea’s yard… Jax is quite gentle. They were both able to share toys, then settle and have a short nap together…
